Crowds thronged to a food and drink festival this weekend.
The Big Sussex Market is part of the Brighton and Hove Food and Drink Festival taking place throughout the month.
Festival organiser Nick Mosley said: “Our twice-yearly Big Sussex Market is the biggest showcase for local food and drink in the region, with over 90 growers, producers and restaurateurs selling their produce. It’s a shop window for the very best in the county.
“Over the weekend, the festival hosted two sell-out events at the Regency Town House, while the Brighton Wine and Champagne Festival at Hotel du Vin was packed with wine-lovers tasting both Sussex and international still and sparkling wines.
“The festival continues this week, culminating in the free-access Sussex and The World Weekend on Hove Lawns featuring a huge food market, Live Food Show, Children's Food Festival, Wobblegate Wobblympics, Sussex Cheese Bowling, and the Brighton Beer and Cider Festival.”
