Charity fundraisers reached dizzy new heights in their quest to raise cash for a homelessness project.
Brave supporters of Worthing Churches Homeless Projects (WCHP) abseiled 90ft down Peacehaven Cliffs on Saturday.
The fundraisers battled strong winds to complete the terrifying challenge and raised around £5,000 in the process.
Louise Brooks, of WCHP, said: “It was very windy but luckily it didn’t rain.
“Everyone made it down safely and we raised an estimated £5,000 for a really good cause. Thank you to took part who came and well done.”
The charity, which has been running since 1991, helps up to 500 people a year who have problems with homelessness. For more information visit www.wchp.org.uk.
