Three people will appear in court after a 14-year-old boy was injured during a fight at a shopping centre.
Police and ambulance were called to Broadfield Barton at around 9.25pm on Wednesday May 29 following reports of a fight between the boy and an older man and woman.
The boy was bleeding from his face and was taken to the Royal Sussex County Hospital for treatment.
Rebecca Boyle, 38, a shop worker of Greenwich Close, Crawley has been charged with actual bodily harm.
Steven Hollis, 42, telecommunications engineer of Greenwich Close, Crawley has been charged with actual bodily harm, possession of an offensive weapon and assault by beating.
Byron Buckley-Boyle, 20, unemployed of Dane Road, Margate, Kent has been charged with actual bodily harm. He was arrested on 26 June.
They will all appear at Crawley Magistrates Court on September 11.
