Burglars are using residents’ flat roof extensions to break into homes.

Sussex Police are warning homeowners with flat roof extensions in Horsham to keep windows secure following two break-ins yesterday.

Burglars made off with personal items including jewellery from homes in Oakhill Road between 7.40am and 4.30pm and Rushams Road between 1.30pm and 7pm.

Anyone with information is asked call police on 101 quoting serials 1097 or 1565 of 29/08 or email contact.centre@sussex.pnn.police.uk.
