I walked along Hove promenade yesterday and could not believe the number of cyclists who flout the rules, even though there are No Cycling signs all along the promenade.
Why do we have a no cycling rule along the promenade if there is no one to police it? I saw young families walking along and cyclists whizzing past the children.
One day there will be an accident. Surely Brighton and Hove City Council could come up with a way of enforcing the rules?
