Prior to the 2010 general election, Green MP Caroline Lucas was interviewed on the BBC Radio 4 Westminster Hour in which she explained she had always been a protester.

When asked where her political leanings were, she stated to the left of Labour which, to me, means she is just latching on to anything at odds with many people’s needs in life.

Maybe, as she is for wind and wave power, she is planning for dozens of wind turbines instead of fracking? Will she protest against everything?

Now Caroline, I have been up and down the political ladder since 1964. Your agent was wrong to suggest protesting actions. You’re paid to make your feelings known in the House of Commons. If you want to be like other protesters, resign your seat.
