Twenty minute train delays between Hove or Brighton and Haywards Heath
Commuters returning to work after the Bank Holiday break are being faced with 20 minute delays.
A statement on the national rail website said: "A signalling problem is causing disruption between Preston Park and Haywards Heath.
"Because of this, there are delays of up to 20 minutes between Hove or Brighton and Haywards Heath.
"These delays will continue until further notice."
