Strong winds are thought to be responsible for a tree collapsing on a parked car in the early hours of this morning (August 25).
Firefighters, police and BT experts were called to St James’s Road, in Hastings, shortly before 6am.
The tree snagged on nearby power as it came down – bringing the cables with it.
Nobody was inside the car at the time and there were no injuries.
