Brighton set for Autumn mushroom festival
Workers at a restaurant chain will prove they are fun guys during a mushroom festival.
Carluccio’s in Jubilee Street, Brighton, is staging the Italian-style open-air market outside the restaurant on September 7 and 8.
Experts will be on hand to guide visitors through the many varieties and offer tips on how to cook with them.
They will also be running special guided foraging days this autumn.
