A motorcyclist has been seriously injured in a collision on the A259 in Hastings in the early hours of this morning (Wednesday August 21).
Emergency services were called at 2.40am to reports a Yamaha motorcycle that had collided with metal railings on Old London Road.
The 50-year-old male rider from Hastings was taken to Royal Sussex County Hospital in Brighton with serious injuries.
Anyone who saw the motorcycle travelling north east towards Ore or saw the collision is asked to contact police on 101 quoting Op Moatpark or email on collision.appeal@sussex.pnn.police.uk
