Entries continue to flood in for our summer Your Sussex photograph competition.
We’ve nowhad more than 60 entries since we launched the contest three weeks ago – but we still want more.
What we’re looking for is the photograph which best sums up what the county means to you.
It isn’t about fancy cameras and exposure settings, we want images with character, life and atmosphere.
Among the latest photographs to fill our inbox is this from Robert Mitchell.
The ear-to-ear smiles of his companions are the perfect complement to the beautiful Seven Sisters in the background.
Chris Mole, meanwhile, sent in this atmospheric shot of a worker at the Bluebell Railway.
Titled Crossing the Tracks, the image shows steam rising from one of the vintage engines.
The amateur photographer also sent in this breathtaking shot of a daredevil wing-walker.
The deadline for entries is September 7.
Argus chief photographer Simon Dack will judge the entries.
You can submit your entries in a number of ways.
You can email competitions@theargus.co.uk with ‘Your Sussex competition’ as the subject.
Alternatively, you can send in your entries by texting SUPIC to 80360. You can also send them by post to Your Sussex Competition, Argus House, Crowhurst Road, Brighton, BN1 8AR.
So what are you waiting for? Get out there and happy snapping!
