Thin Lizzy guitarist Gary Moore has reportedly left none of his £2 million estate to his partner – because he did not draw up a will.
The star had lived in a £635,000 home in Hove with his girlfriend Petra Nioduschewski, 37.
He died from a heart attack in February 2011 at the age of 58 following an alcohol binge.
Ms Nioduschewski tried to resuscitate him in their room at a hotel in Spain but was unsuccessful.
Records reveal the guitarist left a net estate of £2,088,134 after liabilities.
But a Sunday newspaper reported yesterday that High Court documents show he did not leave a will.
It said that under intestate rules, it is believed his fortune will be split between his four children.
Probate law does not give anything to the partner of a person who dies without a will.
The guitarist had two sons, Jack and Gus, from his first marriage to health therapist Kerry Booth, and a daughter, Lily, during a ten-year relationship with artist Jo Rendle.
Moore also had an older daughter, Saoirse, from an earlier affair.
German-born Ms Nioduschewski was unavailable for comment yesterday, the paper reported.
