The jury in the trial of Albion players George Barker, Anton Rodgers, Lewis Dunk and former Seagulls defender Steve Cook has asked to see further evidence.
The 12 people asked Judge Christopher Moss if they could see Ben Sampayo's statement to the police.
Judge Moss called them into the court today to say that they would not be able to see the statement but he would go through his notes and remind them of evidence.
The jury has now been sent out again to send the judge a further note on what aspect of the Sampayo evidence they want to be reminded of.
George Barker, Anton Rodgers, Lewis Dunk and Steve Cook deny sexual assault and voyeurism charges at the Old Bailey.
The trial continues.
