Campaigners want to see a roundabout named in honour of a charity for servicemen and women.
An e-petition has been launched on the Brighton and Hove City Council website to name the roundabout on the A259 at Greenways the Blind Veterans UK roundabout to mark the site in Ovingdean previously known as St Dunstan’s.
A petition of 100 signatures has already been presented to the council, but this new e-petition will be presented to the environment, transport and sustainability committee on July 9 – a day after the petition closes.
To sign visit the e-petition section of www.brighton- hove.gov.uk.
