Parking charges in a popular park have been altered after complaints from sports teams.
Brighton and Hove City Council introduced restrictions in Preston Park after more than 2,200 people said it was rapidly becoming a car park for commuters.
But, after complaints from sports teams and other park users that they were being hit in the pocket, the local authority has now reduced the charges.
Free parking will now be allowed on Saturday and Sunday mornings. People can also park all day at weekends for £2.
