Is anyone checking on road safety where these huge black refuse bins are located in Brighton?

Having them on Upper Lewes Road opposite Park Crescent Road on double yellow lines is just one of many examples. It is so dangerous.

I don’t doubt we need them but if I applied for a licence to temporarily place a skip there I wouldn’t get it because of the double-yellow lines.

Even if it were further down I would have to provide lighting.

These jet-black bins are going to cause accidents.
