I bet many who write to The Argus (and other newspapers) complaining about the tame female nudity on Page 3 of The Sun drool over the explicit male nudity in certain TV dramas and documentaries (in which female nudity is censored using camera angles, cropping, blurring and the use of merkins).
It’s time for us to grow up and accept that the human body is not art or porn but biology and that there should be equality of exposure or, if we wish to be prudish, equality of censorship.
