Misbehaving cyclists have been caught out passing through red lights.
Seventeen cyclists were issued with £30 fines for riding through red lights along Lewes Road in Brighton yesterday (January 22) in a joint operation between East Brighton Neighbourhood Policing Team and Brighton and Sussex University Police.
This comes less than a fortnight after The Argus revealed that just 31 cyclists were fined in Brighton and Hove last year.
