TONKS Francis With much sadness we announce Francis passed away peacefully on 27th September, aged 98 years. Former Mayor and Alderman of Brighton & Hove. He will be greatly missed by his family and friends. Reunited with Jean his wife. Funeral Service is to be held at St George's Church, Kemptown at 2pm on Wednesday 23rd October. No flowers please. Donations can be made to Medicins Sans Frontieres.
