GODFREY Linda Patricia née Cuckson 28.03.1949 to 12.02.2022 Longtime partner of John, mother of Lisa and beloved nan to Jack and Joel. Taken too soon, we are left with just beautiful memories and those memories will last forever. Funeral on Friday 18th March at Woodvale Crematorium, South Chapel at 11.30am. The Family request that bright colours are worn. I was just trying to find Linda on social media when I sadly came across this! I am so sorry for your loss, John, Lisa and family. I am one of Linda’s 1st cousins, from Canada. We spent some time together in the late 60’s and early 70’s. Lisa, you even played with my son, Nikos, just a few months younger than you, and he started talking more (and with a British accent too!) after that. I’ve always felt sad that we lost touch with the the Brighton side of our family after Uncle Bill passed (followed by my mother and then Aunt Pat just 2 years ago).
Again, I am so sorry to hear of this and I wish you all comfort in the memories you have.
