DAY Bill Pam, Mandy and Steven wish to thank most sincerely all family and friends for the heartfelt messages of sympathy, beautiful flowers and many kind donations received following the very sad loss of their darling Bill. A perfect Husband and Dad. Special thanks to the wonderful Macmillan Nurses, all the staff of RSCH for their devoted care, Dr Lewis and all the caring staff at County Oak Medical Centre.
