JACK MILLER - Liza, Anthony, Suzanne and Andy would like to say a very special thankyou to family and friends for all their support, cards and condolences, on the sad loss of their beloved husband and dad, Jack. Thankyou to everyone who came to say goodbye, and for all the beautiful flowers. Many thanks to the MacMillan team, the Martlets Hospice and the District Nurses for all their help and care throughout Jack's illness.
