M23 Southbound closed due to emergency carriageway repairs and oil spillage from J8 M25 to J9 (Gatwick Airport). The road has been fully closed in order to enable repairs to the road surface following the earlier vehicle fire. Diversion: Along the M25 anticlockwise to J9 and along the A24 between Leatherhead and Horsham. For traffic travelling clockwise exit at J6 and along the A22 between Godstone and Felbridge
