Known for his West End plays such as Glamorous Night and Dancing Years, along with the popular wartime song The Home Fires Burning, An Evening With Ivor Novello showcases the life’s work of the man behind the famous songwriting award.
Through music and theatre an ensemble cast keeps alive the songs that made his name.
Featuring Brighton celebrity Dame Margot Hamilton, who was a personal friend of Ivor, the show is part of a number of events celebrating 40 years of the Churches Conservation Trust, which supports St Andrew’s and other redundant churches.
*Starts 7.30pm, tickets £8. Call 01273 709 709.
