We may have started the year thinking The Horrors were little more than a faintly comical bunch of haircuts, but we’ve ended it firmly corrected. With second album Primary Colours, the art-Goths proved there was much more to them than being mates of Noel Fielding’s and NME darlings, producing a record that’s been a number one in several Album Of The Year lists. With Portishead’s Geoff Barrow producing, they drew on classic Joy Division and 1990s shoegaze to come up with an original sound that won over critics and fans from all walks of life.
Starts 7pm, tickets £10.50/£12.50.
