Billy is arguably the most prolific artist to come out of punk, with more than 40 collections of poetry, 100 albums and 2,500 paintings to his credit. His latest project, The Musicians Of The British Empire, is a trio with Billy on guitar and vocals, Wolf Howard on drums and Nurse Julie on bass.
Formed in 2006 this current outfit already has three albums to its name, including last year’s Thatcher’s Children – its title track an attack on the legacy of the Iron Lady.
Tomorrow night will also feature filthy rock ’n’ roll from the Stay Sick DJs.
