Brighton rock royalty British Sea Power return to the city with a new soundtrack they have written and recorded for 1934 quasi-documentary Man of Aran.
The black and white film, which shows “life” on the Aran Islands off the western coast of Ireland, portrays characters’ daily routines, such as fishing off cliffs, farming potatoes where there is little soil, and hunting for basking sharks.
Set for re-release on DVD with the new BSP soundtrack, the band will perform their soundtrack for the film live at this gig.
- Starts 11pm, tickets cost £15. Visit www.seetickets.com
