Dorset-born Polly Jean Harvey first worked with John Parish with his band Automatic Dlamini, before breaking out with her own trio.
They began collaborating with each other again when John produced PJ’s first true solo album To Bring You My Love in 1995. He has been involved in her albums ever since.
This show draws on two albums made up of music by John and lyrics by PJ: 1996’s Dance Hall At Louse Point, and last month’s A Woman A Man Walked By. Whether this tour will feature the intepretive ballet dancers who joined them on their last tour of the UK is as yet unknown.
