MORE than ten years ago international reggae supergroup Easy Star All-Stars created a radical reimagining of Pink Floyd’s work to rank alongside the Scissor Sisters’ disco take on Comfortably Numb.
Dub Side Of The Moon was the first in a series of reggae-ified classic albums ranging from Radiohead’s OK Computer to Michael Jackson’s Thriller.

SOPRANO Katie Thomas is the special guest Sunday’s combination of Mozart and contemporary UK Ivor Novello Award-winning composer Rob Lane.
Sandwiched between the Viennese genius’s 17th String Quartet and Exsultate Jubilate will be Lane’s Evocations For String Quartet and Plath Poems For Soprano, Piano And String Quartet.

HAILING from Massachussetts, the fertile musical ground that gave birth to Pixies and The Lemonheads, indie-rockers Speedy Ortiz began life as a solo project for songwriter Sadie Dupuis.
Their debut album Major Arcana was released last year to critical acclaim from notoriously fussy music blog Pitchfork.
