AN X Factor winner has announced he is coming to the South East coast.
James Arthur will perform at the Brighton Centre in March as part of a UK and Ireland arena tour.
This news follows the release of the singer’s latest single, Treehouse.
Since winning the ninth series of the X Factor in 2012, the English singer-songwriter has had two UK number ones with Impossible and Say You Won’t Let Go.
His cover of Shontelle’s Impossible was his first single, released as his winner’s song for the singing competition.
Despite only being released in December, it became the fifth highest selling single of 2012 shifting 897,000 copies.
It also reached number one in Ireland and number two in Australia, New Zealand and Switzerland.
The Middlesbrough born performer has also spent a total of 96 weeks in the UK Top 40 with 11 singles reaching the charts.
He has now sold more than 25 million records globally.
He will take to the stage at the Brighton Centre on March 8.
Tickets will be available from next Friday.
