Paddling pools across the city will reopen tomorrow.

The season begins on Saturday, May 4, and paddling pools across Brighton and Hove will be open until mid-September.

King's Road paddling pool, on the promenade near the i360, will be open daily from 10am to 6pm.

Saunders Park paddling pool, in Lewes Road, has benches nearby for picnics and there are toilets and a café too.

It and Hove Lagoon paddling pool are also open from 10am to 6pm daily.

A council spokesman told visitors to the Hove Lagoon to be aware that due to the Kingsway to the Sea works access to the paddling pool may be slightly changed with fencing in the area.

The Level water feature had jets to splash around in which are on from 10am to 1pm and again from 2pm to 6pm daily.

However, it will be switched off from Friday, May 17, to Monday, May 20,  due to a Brighton Festival event.

Peter Pan’s splash pad in Madeira Drive also reopens on Saturday.
