We want to hear from anybody who would like to nominate an inspiring man for our Dad of the Year award.

A chance to recognise yours or someone else’s dad or has been extraordinary this year.

Perhaps he is raising a family by himself, looking after a sick wife or children, or is just a fantastic father who makes parenting look easy. This is your chance to say a public thank you.
