Be them amateur or professional, we want Sussex people who have made an outstanding contribution to sport at county level.
It could be a sportsman or woman who has dominated a sport or a team who has had a fantastic tournament. But it could also be an administrator who has tirelessly worked to promote sport in the county, a coach who has worked hard to see their team get results, a volunteer who has dedicated their spare-time to promote sport or an event that has got everyone active.
All those nominated for this award will appear below as they are received so make sure to get your nominations in and keep visiting the site for updates.
We want to hear as much detail about your nominations as possible so feel free to send as much information on each nominee as you can think of.
Award winners will be announced at a glitzy awards night held at Theatre Royal Brighton hosted by newsreader Nicholas Owen in October.

Darren Hambrook, Adam Hanvier, Brighton Lesbian & Gay Sports Society (BLAGSS), Mark Bundock, RISE UK, Mel Rooke, Tina Cook, Mark Pearn, Connor Saunders.
