Steven King is back in football as the new manager of Whitehawk.
The two-time former Lewes boss has been named as the successor to Darren Freeman who was sacked just over two weeks ago.
King, who won the Conference south title with Lewes in 2008, takes his first position since leaving Macclesfield last April.
He takes over with Whitehawk third from bottom in Conference south, having played more games than all the teams around.
Colin Reid, who was caretaker manager, will have no part in the new management set-up.
Reid and King were on a five-man shortlist for the position.
