Davy Propper is poised to maintain his ever-present record for Albion in the Premier League.
The Dutch midfielder should be fit for Everton's visit on Sunday, thanks to the co-operation of his country and their World Cup flop.
Propper was withdrawn from Tuesday's game against Sweden in Amsterdam, because of a hip injury.
He wanted to play following three goals in his two previous international appearances, but Holland took no risks with his fitness with their World Cup qualifying hopes effectively over.
Propper has played every minute of Albion's first seven Premier League matches, forging a flourishing partnership in the engine room with Dale Stephens.
His availability will give manager Chris Hughton more selection scope in attacking areas.
Hughton can pick four from Solly March, Jose Izquierdo, Anthony Knockaert, Pascal Gross, Izzy Brown and Glenn Murray, with Tomer Hened still suspended.
Meanwhile, Sam Baldock and Beram Kayal are on course to make their comebacks from long-term injuries in the under-23s against Blackburn Rovers at the Amex on Monday evening (7pm).
Striker Baldock has been out since the end of last season following summer calf surgery. Midfielder Kayal has been sidelined by a broken leg since the closing pre-season friendly against Atletico Madrid at the Amex at the beginning of August.
