Albion boss Chris Hughton is cautious about risking Glenn Murray at Arsenal on Sunday.
Murray has been troubled by an ankle injury he suffered at Leicester last month.
Tomer Hemed is banned for the trip to the Emirates and Sam Baldock (calf) remains sidelined.
Hughton is conscious of the games after the international break at home to Everton and away to West Ham.
He said: "Glenn trained this morning, which is a plus. I have to see how he is tomorrow and make some decisions around that.
"He has been out for a period of time and we know we are going to lose Tomer for two more games after this game."
Izzy Brown is expected to operate as an emergency No.9 if Hughton decides against playing Murray.
