Sam Gargan hit an injury-time winner as Whitehawk beat Crawley Down 2-1 to lift the Sussex Senior Cup at The Amex.
A crowd of 1,896 saw Gargan fire home in the first minute of stoppage time to land Hawks their second trophy of the season.
The Ryman division one south champions had to come from behind to claim victory.
The deadlock was broken on 25 minutes when Whitehawk failed to deal with a lofted ball forward from Tom Graves and Gaby Odunaike steadied himself before prodding the ball past Chris Winterton.
Luke Blewden should have doubled the lead on 51 minutes when he streaked clear on to a long ball from Hassan Nyang but Winterton saved well with his legs.
James Fraser wasted a great chance for Whitehawk with 18 minutes remaining but 60 seconds later they were level when substitute Lee Newman pulled the ball back for Jerahl Hughes to sidefoot home from eight yards.
Hawks were on top and Fraser squandered another chance before Hughes hit the crossbar on 79 minutes.
With five minutes remaining Hawks keeper Chris Winterton made a super save to keep out Fraser Logan's stinging shot and instead it was Darren Freeman's side who grabbed the winner in the first minute of injury time.
Mark Zawadski kept out a Hughes shot but Gargan rammed home the rebound from 20 yards.
