Cultured: Ryan Harley
Albion have renewed their interest in cultured midfielder Ryan Harley.
The Seagulls wanted to sign Harley from Exeter last season but he moved to Swansea instead during the January transfer window.
he was loaned back to Exeter for the rest of the season and Swansea's subsequent promotion to the Premier League has limited the 26-year-old Bristolian's chances of featuring at the Liberty Stadium.
