Leo Ulloa is back at Albion.

The Seagulls have completed the loan recapture of the Argentinian target man from Premier League rivals Leicester City for the rest of the season.

Terms were agreed between the clubs yesterday after The Argus website revealed on Saturday a deal was close.

Ulloa travelled south last night to complete a medical and the paperwork formalities and was training this morning.

He is available from Albion's trip to fellow strugglers Southampton on Wednesday and the FA Cup but not Leicester's visit to the Amex at the end of March.

Ulloa's return, three-and-a-half years after he left for the East Midlands, further increases the firepower at manager Chris Hughton's disposal following the recent club record £14 million capture of Dutch striker Jurgen Locadia from PSV Eindhoven.

Meanwhile, Albion are on course to complete the signing of 19-year-old Luton Town right-back James Justin before the transfer window closes on Wednesday night.

If a deal goes through he will be loaned straight back to the runaway League Two leaders.
