Albion are hopeful Shane Duffy will be fit for tomorrow night's trip to West Ham.
The influential central defender was forced off by a groin injury towards the end of Sunday's 1-1 home draw with Everton.
Manager Chris Hughton said this morning: "At the moment we think he'll be okay. He hasn't trained. We're hoping he'll train this morning."
The bulletin is also good news for Republic of Ireland. They face Denmark in the World Cup play-offs on November 11 to 14.
Duffy was man-of-the-match in their win against Wales.
Sam Baldock and Beram Kayal continue their comebacks from long-term injuries in the under-23s against Middlesbrough at Lancing tomorrow (1pm).
