Former Eastleigh boss Richard Hill is taking over as Whitehawk manager – after Pablo Asensio was sacked.
The Argentinean was dismissed last night due to poor early season results. His assistant Helder Silva is also departing.
Asensio took Hawks from a relegation battle to the promotion plays-offs last season but they have made a slow start this term after making a host of changes to the squad.
Hawks president Chris Gargan said: “We thank Pablo for his services during his short tenure but the direction we were going in has not quite worked out with one win in the first eight games.”
Hill, who has a strong track record in National League south, takes charge for the first time at home to Chelmsford tomorrow.
