Fears that Albion striker James Wilson will be recalled from his loan spell have been played down by a Manchester United insider.
Warren Joyce, United's Reserves coach, has hinted Wilson will see out his stay with the Seagulls.
The England under-21s starlet has scored twice in four appearances since joining Albion at the end of last month on a youth loan for the rest of the season which entitles United to recall him after 28 days.
Joyce told ManUtd.com: "He's hit the ground running and taken the opportunities to score well.
"Obviously they're near the top of the league and it's good experience for him. If he can manage to stay in the team and contribute for a side that gets promotion, it will be great for him."
Albion boss Chris Hughton said: "The only contact is that we keep them (United) informed of his game, his physical stats and clips.
"They are all sent through to Manchester United so they are aware of what he's done on a daily basis.
"We can only take it as it is and at this moment it's a loan through to the end of the season.
"We know there's a recall but he's here for a reason, to play games and get experience."
