Eastbourne Eagles completed the treble – after a nerve-jangling last-heat decider on a night of drama at Arlington.
Bradley Wilson-Dean won heat 15 to secure a 47-43 win in the second leg of the final at home to Cradley, following the 30-30 draw in the Midlands in midweek.
Eagles led by 12 after five races but then rain swept across the stadium and, when action resumed, Cradley relished conditions.
On a heavily sawdusted track they got back to 44-40 with one race to go thanks to a 5-1 by Jack Smith and Aaron Mogridge in heat 14.
That meant another maximum would force a one-on-one race-off.
But Wilson-Dean got away from the gate and held his nerve on a testing track to spark ecstatic scenes among Arlington’s biggest crowd of the season.
Danny Ayres and Max Clegg chased hard but never really got close – partly because Daniel Spiller had competed hard with them for most of the first lap.
Then the fireworks went off and celebrations started as Eagles added the Cup to the National Trophy and Gold Cup.
Eagles: Wilson-Dean 14 (5), Andrews 7+1 (5), Spiller 7 (5), Wood 6+2 (4), Owen 5+1 (4), Dugard 4+1 (3), Hopwood 4 (4).
Cradley: Clegg 12+1 (5), Ayres 11 (6), Williamson 9+1 (5), Mogridge 5+2 (5), Smith 5 (6), Harris 1 (3), Perks r/r.
