Jake Robinson scored a screamer as Whitehawk clinched a place in the Vanarama Conference south play-off final.
The former Albion striker struck with his 26th goal of the season on 51 minutes to secure a 1-0 win away to Basingstoke, 2-1 on aggregate.
Victory was no more than Hawks deserved in front of a crowd of 1,749.
They will now be away to Boreham Wood in the final next Saturday.
Home striker Chris Flood was involved in the two biggest moments of a decent first half.
In the 20th minute Flood rose well to meet a Louie Soares free-kick but his header came back off the post.
Then at the other end seven minutes later Flood chopped down John Paul Kissock for a blatant penalty but referee Constantine Hatzidakis waved play on.
Hawks created several other chances in an opening 45 minutes which manager Steven King would have been pleased with.
Sam Deering and Robinson both had shots saved at the near post, Osei Sankofa hooked an effort wide, Sergio Torres had a shot beaten away by home keeper Stuart Moore and Scott Neilson curled a 25-yarder past the far upright.
The visitors were rewarded for their attacking verve six minutes into the second half when Robinson collected the ball 25 yards from goal and unleashed a shot which dipped over Moore into the net.
Basingstoke spurned a good chance to level 19 minutes from time when former Eastbourne Borough striker Liam Enver-Marum pulled a shot wastefully wide of the far post.
