Three Brighton and Hove Albion players and one of their former team mates have today been charged with sexual assault and voyeurism.
The four men were first arrested in January on suspicion of an attack on a woman in Brighton on July 17 last year.
Albion players George Barker, 20, Lewis Dunk, 20, and Anton Rodgers, 19, all from Brighton, have been bailed to appear at Brighton Magistrates' Court on Friday next week.
Also in the dock facing the same charges will be former Albion player Steve Cook, 21, from St Leonards, who now plays for Bournemouth AFC.
A fifth player, Ben Sampayo, 19, arrested on suspicion of sexual assault at the same time, has been advised that no further action will be taken against him.
A fifth player, Tommy Elphick, was told he faced no charges shortly after his arrest in January.
