Word of The Argus App is spreading to the corridors of power.
The Argus App brings your favourite newspaper direct to your iPad and iPhone every morning.
Launched on Saturday, the app will allow readers to catch up on all the news and sport across Sussex plus The Guide, Looking Back and letters.
Hove MP Mike Weatherley said the app will help him keep his finger on the pulse of local issues.
He said: “I was really pleased to see that The Argus has launched an app.
“I use an iPad a lot for my parliamentary work and the new app will make it really convenient to catch up on local news as the paper automatically pops up every morning.”
You can also keep up to date with The Argus Business, motors and jobs with touch screen and page-turning functions.
For those who download the app, there will be one month free access from the day of download.
After the month period has passed you will be asked to take out a subscription to the paper at either one-month, three-month, six-month or 12-month increments.
Other features of The Argus App include page-turning, live searches, the ability to view and zoom in on individual pages and stories, and sharing options using Facebook and Twitter.
