A library will lend its final book at the end of the month.
Staff at Whitehawk Library in Whitehawk Road, Brighton, have confirmed its last day is Saturday July 30.
This is before the new library opens near Whitehawk Primary School on August 30 as part of a multimillion pound co-location project.
Users are reminded by Brighton and Hove City Council they can borrow extra items to cover this period.
Items can still be returned to the old site during August.
Books can also be borrowed from a mobile library every Friday from 2.30pm to 4.30pm in Whitehawk Road.
A small number of items will be available from the Whitehawk Inn in Whitehawk Road, throughout next month.
