Protests against 'tax avoiders' in Brighton city centre has led to 18 arrests.
Protestors stormed Topshop in Western Road, Brighton at just after noon today and superglued themselves to the window.
Around 20 protestors outside the store were moved to nearby Malborough Street and were engaged with police for more than three hours.
The protests were part of a 'National Day of Action Against Tax Avoiders' in which high street stores including Vodafone and Topshop, owned by millionaire businessman Sir Philip Green, were targeted.
The eight superglue protestors were all arrested for criminal damage and aggravated trespass while one was also arrested for assault on a member of the shop's staff.
Nine other people were arrested outside for public order offences and one individual for possession of a bladed article.
