I went to a School of Life secular sermon today by Jane McGonigal.
Jane is a game designer based in San Francisco and her talk was rather boringly titled Productivity. The talk, however, was thought provoking and fun.
We made paper planes and thumb wrestled. She made a great case for play in our lives and shared a new happiness acronym: PE Positive Emotion, R Relationships, M Meaning, A Accomplishment.
Bringing these elements into our daily lives allows us to flourish.
