A man was taken to hospital with serious injuries following a crash earlier this week.
The crash involved two vehicles in Wartling Road near Hailsham at around 5pm on Monday.
The road was closed for several hours into the evening while emergency services attended.
A Sussex Police statement provided on Thursday said: “The driver of one vehicle, A 25-year-old man from Pevensey, was taken to the Conquest Hospital with serious but not life-threatening injuries.
“The driver of the second vehicle, a 60-year-old woman from Hastings, was taken to the same hospital with slight injuries.”
